I had some great advice Saturday, for balance, I even started by a prayer walk around the track, but anyway, I hate to work out, I am not going to lie. I like to dance, no not in the most professional manner....

So a thirty minute walk around the track or treadmill...even walk in place. Then add twenty squats.
Fifty push-ups....
