I know it is hard, to do...after all the day, is suppose to be about you. A wedding reception is a moment, a sweet celebration shared with family and friends.

as you are taking pictures, provide snacks.

chairs, tables, clean rest rooms.
food
cocktails, lunch, brunch. keep in mind th meal hour. If it is not a full meal, you should include that
information on your card.
the bar
cash bars...i don't like them...if you have them, warn the people with a small card. Try to offer at a house wine, water, and punch.
music
keep in the mind, your guest list, when you are planning your party. rated g for everyone as much as possible unless you are having an after party.
