I had some great advice Saturday, for balance, I even started by a prayer walk around the track, but anyway, I hate to work out, I am not going to lie. I like to dance, no not in the most professional manner....

So a thirty minute walk around the track or treadmill...even walk in place. Then add twenty squats.
Fifty push-ups....

A fry bar of hot sauce,pig feet, BBQ,cheese. Rental chairs with plastic King and queen crown. A mini Apple pie for cake. A bouncy for all the groom's children. A security,family, for all the mothers of the children. A kid meal for all. Toy is the favor. Radio for the music. The signature drink and official toast is ciroc and Alize...cheers
